Description

UASz sequences regulate expression of the Cper\nagJ coding sequence (codon-optimized for Drosophila melanogaster), mutated to carry amino acid substitution D298N (this results in a loss of catalytic activity without affecting O-GlcNAc binding activity). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA and TurboID.
