Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of Pfur\enc that is tagged at the C-terminal end (via a linker) with Sapphire. The presence of the Pfur\enc sequence means that the encoded protein self-assembles into an approximately 40nm fluorescent nanosphere comprised of 120 copies of the protein.
