Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a full-length Pdf cDNA, mutated to carry a K81term nonsense mutation. This mutation replaces one residue of the putative prohormone convertase target site (K81-R82) with a stop codon, resulting in the transgene producing a cleaved PDF-associated peptide (PAP).
