Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a dicistronic transcript that encodes two open reading frames (ORFs) separated by a T2A sequence (this results in separate translation of each protein). The first ORF encodes Cdc50. The second ORF encodes ATP8A isoform E (from the GH28327 cDNA clone), tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG and the Kir2.1 ER exit signal.
