UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a cDNA isolated from PBac{602.P.SVS-1}Fas2CPTI000483 flies and encoding the Fas2 B isoform. The coding sequence contains a 'SVS' multiple tag cassette (Tag:polyHis-Tag:StrepII-Venus-Tag:StrepII) in the same position as in PBac{602.P.SVS-1}Fas2CPTI000483 flies.
