Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of smo in which the Ser and Thr residues in all four C-terminal conserved S/T clusters in the fu binding region have been mutated to Ala (non-phosphorylatable mutations). The coding sequence is tagged with SNAP-tag(Unk).
