Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the dpr10-RD isoform, mutated to carry V144K, Q142E and G99D amino acid substitutions (this results in a dpr10 protein with decreased binding affinity to the DIP-α protein compared to wild-type). A Tag:V5 tag has been inserted into the coding sequence, after the signal peptide and before Ig1.
