Description

The vg quadrant enhancer in which the Adf-1-binding motif (TGGCTGCCGTCGCGAT) has been replaced by the MAD1-binding motif found in Amel\Ubx (GCTGCCCGCCGC) regulates expression of EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
