Description

10xUAS regulatory sequences are fused upstream of an FRT cassette that contains Kir2.1 tagged with EGFP (followed by a stop codon). The FRT cassette is followed by sequence encoding mCherry. In the absence of FLP recombinase, only EGFP-tagged Kir2.1 is expressed.
