Description

A Ubi-p63E promoter drives expression of baz in which both the oligomerization domain (amino acid substitutions V14D and D68K) and the lipid-binding domain have been mutated. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with 'One-Strep' and at the N-terminal end with the oligomerization domain of the human TEL protein (residues 45-115).
