Description

A Ubi-p63E promoter drives expression of baz in which i. the oligomerization domain has been mutated (carries the amino acid substitutions V14D and D68K) and ii. the C-terminal end of the protein (amino acids 1106-1464, including the lipid-binding domain) has been replaced with Tag:PH(rAkt1). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
