A Ubiquitin promoter drives expression of a mutated form of ana2 that contains two amino acid replacements (P11A and R12A) in the PRxxPxP motif (this motif is required for interaction with the Sas-4 protein). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP.
