Description

UAS regulates expression of the ORF of the human gene (using the human ORFeome v8.1 collection described in Yang et al 2011, PMID:21706014) with a 3x Tag:HA epitope added to the C-terminus of the encoded protein.

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\KCND3 open reading frame, tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA. The ORF was obtained from the human ORFeome v8.1 collection ( ORF_ID:53613 ) and corresponds to Ensembl transcript ENST00000302127.4.
