Description

A genomic fragment containing eya (the same fragment as present in eya+tGR), in which the proline-serine-threonine-rich (PST) domain, including the embedded TPM (threonine phosphatase motif) previously shown to have transcriptional activation function in cell culture, has been deleted. The VP16 activation domain has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.
