Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutant form of SERCA which carries the amino acid replacement A617T. This is the lesion found in SERCAUnc-ts2 mutants and is equivalent to a A606T change in the human ATP1A2 gene, a pathogenic variant which causes familial hemiplegic migraine 2 (FHM2). The protein is tagged with tdTomato.
