ScerGAL4Ir52c.PK drives expression in leg taste bristles of all tarsal segments of the prothoracic leg. In males expression is stronger and more cells of the prothoracic leg are labeled than in females. GFP reconstitution across synaptic partners (GRASP) shows synaptic connections to EcollexAfru.P1.T:HsimVP16-positive cells in adult prothoracic neuromeres.
