Description

The Burs promoter is fused upstream of Mmus\Cd8a fused to EGFP, followed by the GAL4 coding region. The fusion protein produced is tethered to the membrane and thus the GAL4 coding region cannot act in the nucleus to activate UAS regulatory sequences.
