FlyBase Recombinant Construct Report: P{UASp-capu.RBD-GFP}

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of the Rho binding site of capu (amino acids 100-188, with an ATG codon added at the beginning of the sequence to ensure expression). A GFP tag has been added at the C-terminal end of the capu coding sequences.
