Description

GAL4 driver expression is regulated by a 3.8kb Xba1/BsaH1 fragment of Prat upstream sequence, terminating in the 5' untranslated region. The fragment also contains all of the upstream gene CG2846, part of the 5' coding region of CG2678 and the intergenic region between the three genes.
