Description

A deleted form of l(2)gd1 which lacks the C2 domain is expressed under the control of its own regulatory sequences (548bp upstream of the translational start site and 553bp downstream of the translational stop site are present). The l(2)gd1 coding region is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA and at the N-terminal end with a nuclear export signal (Tag:NES(Unk)).
