Description

P{ET-FLPx2} is an enhancer trap construct that encodes FLP recombinase. The enhancer trap sequence is at the 5' end of the construct and consists of weak P\T promoter sequence fused upstream of two copies of the FLP coding region (each with their own ATG codon), each separated by an IRES sequence. SV40 terminator sequences are present downstream of the second FLP coding sequence.
