Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an N-terminally truncated 25 kDa fragment (TDP-25) of Hsap\TARDBP tagged with an N-terminal Tag:HA from a construct that allows site-specific integration into the genome. The encoded polypeptide is also lacking the caspase-cleavage site between residues 216-219 of Hsap\TARDBP.
