Description

13 copies of the lexAop site followed by an Hsp70 basal promoter are fused upstream of EGFP that has been optimised for Drosophila codon usage. The EGFP coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with a myristoylation signal (Tag:Myr(Src64B)). A 67bp intron derived from Mhc has been inserted in the 5' UTR.
