Targeted recombination donor for ends-out homologous recombination designed to result in a deletion of the trbd locus and its replacement with w+mW.hs sequences. A 3.5kb fragment from immediately upstream of the trbd locus has been inserted into pP{W25} using Acc65I and NotI restriction sites and a 3.5kb fragment from immediately downstream of the trbd locus has been inserted into pP{W25} using AscI and BsiWI restriction sites.
