Donor construct for ends-out homologous recombination of the genomic region around sinah. The construct contains a fragment homologous to sequences 5' of sinah and also a fragment homologous to sequences 3' of sinah and is designed to result in replacement of the sinah coding region with a w+mW.hs marker when successful homologous recombination occurs.
