Description

P{ET.VP16.AD} is an enhancer trap construct that encodes a VP16(AD)::Zip+ hemidriver (component of a 'split driver' system, contains the VP16 activation domain). The enhancer trap sequence is at the 5' end of the construct and consists of a minimal P\T promoter fused upstream of the VP16(AD)::Zip+ coding sequence. The hemidriver sequence includes the Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) nuclear localization signal.
