The PBac{3HPy+} transgene is a Tni\piggyBac element into which a y+mDint2 marker and a P-element 3' terminus have been inserted, disrupting the Tni\piggyBac\T transposase gene. The inserted sequences are in the opposite orientation to the direction of transcription of Tni\piggyBac\T.
