Description

Transgenic construct used to study the MCP silencer from the Abd-B gene. Contains the Ubx PBX enhancer, a sub-fragment of the MCP element (contains residues 573 to 822 of the full-length 822bp sequence) and a lacZ reporter that is driven by the proximal Ubx promoter.
