Description

Expression of lacZ is driven by ftz regulatory sequences, a UPS and NE element separated from a Zebra element. The Zebra element promoter fragment extends to amino acid 270 of ftz, includes four new amino acids and is fused to amino acid 5 of lacZ. Trailer sequences from Hsp70 end the construct.
