Description

BicD minigene containing approximately 1.2kb of 5' flanking sequence but lacking the central 6.5kb of the 7.7kb long first intron. 3' flanking sequence up to 240bp beyond the most distal polyadenylation site are also included. The BicD open reading frame is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP(S65T).
