Description

3kb genomic subfragment of the h leg enhancer (which is located 30-40kb 3' of the h transcriptional start site) is fused upstream of a basal Hsp70 promoter driving expression of a lacZ reporter.

Expression of a lacZ reporter is under the control of a 3.4kb BamH1/EcoR1 fragment of the h enhancer from approximately 31.6-35Kb downstream of the h start.
