Description

6.4kb genomic fragment containing 2.8kb of sequence upstream of the msl-1 translation start site and the msl-1 open reading frame including the intron. The msl-1 sequence ends 99bp after the first polyadenylation site, and therefore does not include the polyuridine tracts.
