7kb h upstream sequences from -14kb to -6.8kb (coordinate 0 represents the more upstream transcription start site - see FBrf0042144) are fused upstream of an Hsp27 TATA box followed by a lacZ coding sequence that is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT).
