Description

Insertion of 15bp oligonucleotide at the 5' end of Pp1-87B+t6.5. This introduces a frame shift, and termination codons in all reading frames. The insertion terminates the Pp1-87B reading frame after the first 8 amino acid residues. Carried in construct pAM12.
