Description

A genomic fragment extending from -1.9kb to +2.1kb relative to the cap site of Antp P1 promoter, followed by a 0.8kb Act88F fragment containing a splice acceptor site and translation start site, fused in frame to the lacZ reporter. An Hsp70 polyadenylation signal is present.
