Description

ftz neural enhancer is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter which in turn is fused to an in-frame fusion of Ecol\lacZ-Tag:MT(btau). Btau\MAPT-Ecol\lacZ is composed of a 1.2kb HindIII RsaI Btau\MAPT cDNA, encoding the first 383 amino acids (including sequences necessary for microtubule binding) and Ecol\lacZ fragment starting from codon 5.
