Description

A pentamer of a 38bp sequence derived from the ninaE element II enhancer, in which the 27 nucleotides encoding a gl protein-binding site have been replaced with randomised sequence in each copy of the 38bp sequence, is fused upstream of an Hsp70 promoter truncated to position -50bp followed by lacZ.
