Description

2kb of αTub84B sequence, including the promoter, 5' leader, intron and coding sequence for the first 21 amino acids is fused upstream of lacZ that is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT). An FRT site has been inserted in the αTub84B intron (this does not prevent expression of a functional lacZ protein).
