Description

Dfd promoter sequences mapping between 6.6 to 3.9 kb upstream of the Dfd transcription start site are fused to an heat shock basal promoter, the lacZ coding sequence and an heat shock polyadenylation site fusion gene. Dfd promoter sequences are the same as for Ecol\lacZDfd.HZ2.7, but in the reverse orientation with respect to the lacZ coding region.
