Description

Dfd promoter sequences mapping between 6.6 to 3.9 kb upstream of the Dfd transcription start site are fused to an Hsp70 basal promoter, a lacZ open reading frame and an Hsp70 polyadenylation site fusion gene.

lacZ reporter expression is regulated by a 2.7kb autoregulatory element of Dfd.
