Description

P{HZ} is an enhancer trap construct that encodes a lacZ reporter. The enhancer trap sequence consists of an Hsp70Bb promoter fragment from the CAP site and truncated to -194 from the transcription start site fused to the lacZ coding region (the protein produced includes 7 amino acids from Hsp70Bb).
