PBac{nSyb(FRT13.FLP)} Self-regulating Flippase under the regulation of the n-Synaptobrevin promoter. FLP sequence is flanked by two FRT-F13 sites, corresponding to medium excising probability hence medium FLP activity.
P{nSyb(FRT15.FLP)} Self-regulating Flippase under the regulation of the n-Synaptobrevin promoter. FLP sequence is flanked by two FRT-F15 sites, corresponding to low excising probability hence longer FLP activity.
