M{fln-vanTA.G}, M{fln-cymTA.G}, M{fln-tTA.G}, M{fln-pipTA.G} and M{fln-ttgTA.G} express transcriptional activator proteins under the control of fln regulatory sequences.
The constructs are marked with miniwhite (w+mC) and they were inserted into the M{3xP3-RFP.attP'}ZH-86Fa target site at 86E18,  3R:11767433  (R6) to generate the Disc\RFP3xP3.PB-marked insertions M{fln-vanTA.G}ZH-86Fa, M{fln-cymTA.G}ZH-86Fa, M{fln-tTA.G}ZH-86Fa, M{fln-pipTA.G}ZH-86Fa and M{fln-ttgTA.G}ZH-86Fa.
Miniwhite-marked (w+mC) responder constructs for these transcriptional activators were generated with the following structure:
Activator binding sites-Hsp70 minimal promoter-minimal P element promoter-Firefly luciferase coding sequences-T2A-EGFP-p10 3'UTR-Renilla luciferase coding sequences-Ubi-p63E regulatory sequences
and were inserted into the M{3xP3-RFP.attP'}ZH-86Fa target site at 86E18,  3R:11767433  (R6) to generate the Disc\RFP3xP3.PB-marked insertions
