The FlyBase record for PBac{3HPy+}C310 (FBti0037908) in release FB2020_01 gives the sequence location as a range  2L:15 ,128,908..15,128,968 + (release 6).  This collection of insertions was generated by Brian Ring (FBrf0159884) and the insertion sites mapped by Exelixis, Inc, which reported the approximate location (converted to release 6) as  2L:15128907  +.  The Drosophila Gene Disruption Project later sequenced inverse PCR products spanning both the 5' and 3' ends of this insertion (FBrf0179132).  Both the 5' and 3' flanks mapped this insertion to precisely the same site:  2L:15 ,128,968..15,128,968 + (release 6).
