The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Fulvia Bono, University of Exeter.
M{exu-Venus.StrepII} expresses Venus and StrepTagII under the control of exu regulatory sequences. This is the same Venus-StrepTagII cassette as used in FBrf0233074.
M{exu-Venus.StrepII}ZH-22A is an insertion on the second chromosome into ZH-22A (FBti0099696).
PBac{exu-sfGFP-TVPTBF} expresses sfGFP, 2xTY1, V5, PreScission, TEV, BLRP, and 3XFLAG tags under the control of exu regulatory sequences. This series of tags is the same as used by the "Tagged FlyFos TransgeneOme" resource (see FBrf0231269).
PBac{exu-sfGFP-TVPTBF}VK00033 is a viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome into VK00033 (FBti0076453).
