This range is based on the alignment of the entire 315 bp flanking sequence (GenBank AJ832909.1) with the reference genome sequence (release 6).  The GenBank annotation includes a feature that the 8 bp target site duplication is at positions 308-315.  This places the sequence location of the insertion at  X:19 ,494,188.. X:19 ,494,188 + (release 6).
