I'm writing to provide a precise sequence location for the insertion in PBac{3HPy+}RglC370 (FBti0037927).  The sequence location recorded in FlyBase is a range  3L:13 ,924,225..13,924,297 +.  This insertion was originally sequenced by Exelixis Inc. for Ring & Garza, who isolated this insertion line in a screen.  Exelixis localized it to a site corresponding to release 6 coordinate  3L:13 ,924,225, but their method of localization was not accurate.  The insertion site was later resequenced by the Gene Disruption Project.  The 5' and 3' flanks (GenBank DX575618 and DX575619) map the insertion to the same site at release 6  3L:13 ,924,297 +.
