Df(3R)Hrb87F is a deletion recovered upon imprecise excision of P{lacW}Hrb87FY1217 located in the 5’ UTR of Hrb87F. Part of the transgene was retained, the Hrb87F coding region was deleted and the deletion extended into the adjacent Rbp4 gene. 
P{Rbp4+} is a genomic rescue construct for Rbp4 generated using a CaSpeR-based vector. 
P{Rbp4+}2 is a second chromosome insertion.
