Ca-P60Arev4 is a weak loss of function allele. It carries the A617T change of the Ca-P60AUnc-ts2 allele plus an unknown mutation causing loss of function (sequencing did not reveal a mutation in coding sequences so the change likely falls in regulatory sequence).
