The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Pernille Rorth, Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, Singapore.
P{UASp-shg.GFP} is composed of GFP-tagged shg under the control of UAS in the P{UASp} vector (FBtp0010350).
P{UASp-shg.GFP}5B is a homozygous viable insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UASp-shg.4YF} is composed of full length shg with four Y residues have been converted to F (Y1372F, Y1447F, Y1473F, and Y1488F) under the control of UAS in the P{UASp} vector (FBtp0010350).
P{UASp-shg.4YF}7 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UASp-shg.R} is composed of full-length shg under the control of UAS in the P{UASp} vector (FBtp0010350).
